On June 17th, Senator Buono - along with Assembly Speaker Shelia Oliver and former Senate Executive Director Kathy Crotty - was honored by the women's group PAM’s List in Hamilton. PAM’s List is dedicated to electing progressive and pro-choice women throughout New Jersey and plays a vital role in protecting women’s rights and services.
On June 11th, Senator Buono gave the Keynote Speech to students, graduates, local elected officials and others at the Center for American Women and Politics' NEW Leadership Program at the Eagleton Institute of Politics building in New Brunswick.
On May 27th, Senator Buono met with local residents near the River View Apartments in Edison to commemorate the refurbishing of a local bridge under Route 1 that had been graffiti-laden for the last several years.
On May 20th, Senator Buono attended AARP Day in Trenton. At the Trenton Marriott, she addressed the attendees and spoke of the current proposed budget, the Millionaires Tax, and senior services.

Ten years ago? I would have been at the kitchen table juggling a checkbook and phone, all the while searching for my appointment calendar at the bottom of a briefcase. And that first meeting of the day? I’m sure I would have been late.
